The SSB range of machines is designed for the low medium output production of complex shaped and standard PET containers. The LBM machines with 5 to 5 cavities are the right answer to medium output production capacities up to 12’000 ml. Since end of 2006, Magplastic broaden its machines portfolio with blowers dedicated for the production of super large containers up to 26.5L.
The most versatile two-stage blow-moulders on the market
Magplastic’s SSB range of machines is featuring technologies making them a benchmark in versatility and flexibility for the low and mid output two stage blowers. This machine can produce the most complex PET bottle in sizes from 1.3 oz (40 ml) to 1.1 gallon (5 L) and neck diameters up to 3.5 inch (88 mm) with minimal neck ring. That’s the ideal equipments to manufacture PET containers spirits / liquor, cosmetic, detergent; food, pharmaceutical .The SSB-02 and SSB-03 appear as the most flexible stretch-blow holding propositions after single-stage blowing, speed and simplicity on top.
Most competitive Large PET container production solutions
Magplastic has one of the most cost competitive large PET container production solutions on offer. And with the flexibility of stretch blow moulding, investment projects become feasible much quicker then with competing polycarbonate production solutions. Our SLC range of machines enables the blowing of single serve and returnable PET bottles from 3 to 7 gallons (11.5 L to 26.5 L). Lighter and less expensive than the traditional extrusion blow moulded PC water bottles, the PET water containers lead to substantial freight savings as well as simplified logistic. The SLC machines also offer the possibility to produce large size PET containers for numerous other products.
